As a faithful reader and someone who marked 12 years sober yesterday (it is hard to celebrate too much since 12 years and one day ago was one of my least favorite or proud days) I am thankful for your posts and quiet wisdom. Your post reminds me of the best of the AA mentors, providing acceptance and non-judgmental advice. You are helping people and I sincerely hope you appreciate the positive impact you have on people who have become sober, are thinking about becoming sober, or who just like little goats.
